Brian C. Lopez
Brian has seven years experience in trial and appellate work, specializing in personal injury, products liability, construction and insurance litigation work. Brian is a graduate of Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas and Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas.
Brian has extensive trial experience including trying twelve cases to jury verdict, with five as first chair. Brian has tried cases all across Texas, including Harris, Galveston, Nueces, Williamson, Hays and El Paso Counties.
Additionally, Brian has considerable experience in resolving cases through mediation. Brian has also worked on multiple appellate cases, including preparing briefing to the Texas Supreme Court on discovery issues.

- Successfully obtained a jury verdict for the Texas Department of Transportation in a personal injury case in which a plaintiff alleged injuries that occurred on the Bolivar Ferry.
- Successfully obtained a jury verdict for a Fortune 500 chemical company and the owner of a commercial real estate building when a plaintiff alleged personal injuries as a result of a negligent design and premises defect.
- Successfully obtained a jury verdict on behalf of a small business owner in a personal injury cause of action, after stipulating that the business owner was liable for the incident.
- Successfully obtained multiple defense jury verdicts in defending multiple healthcare providers in professional malpractice lawsuits.
