Jacob Paschal
Jacob attended the University of Texas where he received his Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honors in 2005. While attending the University of Texas, Jacob also completed the Business Foundations Certification Program at the McCombs School of Business with Highest Distinction. Jacob received his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 2008.
After his first year of law school, Jacob worked as a law clerk for Allstate Insurance. He participated in three jury trials including picking juries, preparing direct and cross examinations, and preparing closing arguments.
Following his second year of law school, Jacob worked as a law clerk for Engvall & Hlavinka. He joined the firm as an associate following his graduation in 2008.
Jacob has successfully resolved cases involving a wide range of areas and claims. Jacob primarily works on cases involving severe injury and death, product liability claims, real estate litigation, contractual indemnity disputes, construction defect cases and employment disputes.
